Question / Help Why is OBS always giving me errors?

I try to record, and it gives me the message;
Starting the output failed. Please check the logs for details
I included my recent log file, please tell me what is broken or needs to be fixed

Don't change settings when you don't know what they do. Set the GPU option back to 0.

Did it and its still giving me the same error. My drivers are up to date
