I currently reside in Korea and using the singapore server.. can someone help me out here? all my viewers are telling me my stream is lagging but I don't get any lag in game.

Korea has pretty terrible connectivity outside of the country, try running a speed test to Singapore or Los Angeles to figure out which routes have the most bandwidth. Also you're using wireless which is susceptible to interference and other issues, best to use a wired connection where possible. You could also try using JTVPing to find a more suitable server.

thanks for the quick reply! apparently san francisco has the least ping.. so i guess i'll be using that? and i'm planning to get wired very soon. is there anything else i can do? is my bitrate ok?

According to the speedtest your bitrate is ok, but you should try doing speedtest to a server that's actually located in the same area as the server you'll be streaming to as there might be traffic shaping involved. If it still stays 3+ mbit then you should be fine.

did the speedtest again after i changed the server to san francisco..

try several times to see if it's a stable result, but it seems like your US upstream is limited to 2mbit only =/
But of course, try streaming to the server in a bitrate of your choosing and see if it's dropping any frames for yourself.
