What game? What resolution? What FPS? What bitrate? What hardware? How are you capturing?

Lots more information, please. Posting a log file will help as well.

A bitrate of 218 is extremely low. You're going to need a lot more upload to get a decent looking stream, especially with something like WoW which has so much on screen movement.

Is there anyway to increase upload speed?

Yes, contact your ISP and buy faster internet.

The thing is, I have HIGH SPEED internet... I'm one down from the highest which is ultra high speed.. so I don't understand why my upload speed is so low.

EDIT: Also I had Ultra High Speed before, there was really no difference.

Specifically, use a site like http://speedof.me or http://testmy.net and not Speedtest.net, which isn't as accurate.

Also, you said the estimator game you a bit rate of 218...are you sure you entered your Upload speed correctly into the tool?

SpeedOf.Me Results: Download 16.59 Mb/s, Upload 540 Kb/s

testmy.net Results: Download 18.1 Mbp/s, Upload 403 Kb/s

(Not sure what Kb/s is in Kbp/s)

Speedtest.net Results: Download 24.10 Mbp/s, Upload 0.49 Mbp/s (501 Kbp/s)

last time on speedtest.net I got 256 Kbp/s for Upload speed.

Yeah, it looks like you are just severely limited by low upload speeds, here. Not really much you can do other than get higher tier service and/or change ISPs if possible.

Also got this message from testmy.net

"You might have a problem...
Your connection scored only 39% of the Shaw Communications average (61% slower). This does not always mean that you're in bad shape. If the Internet package you subscribe to is slower than most people using your ISP you will get this message."

My Upload Speed should be very high with high speed internet.. Because like I said before, the one up from high speed didn't make a difference.

I'm also a shaw customer. If you go to there site and check your package it sounds like you have High speed 20 which is only 20down/512up. If you upgrade to High speed 25, you'll get 25down/2.5up. However I have the Broadband 100 package and I only get 5 up with this package. Also you can use http://speedtest.shaw.ca with that you use shaw servers and it'll show you what kind of speeds you're getting vs the package you have.
