Why is my OBS output quality terrible?

When I record any large and dynamic games (eg. Rocket League) it has an output of like 360p 5fps, even though it should be running at 720p60fps.

Yeah i was curious why it's been heating up to over 80 degrees C, i moved down to 10,000 but it still doesnt really help (internet speed averages at around 80mb/s).

I went from 2500, to 40000, to 10000, i didn't really see much different

Can't really tell what's going on -- none of your recording settings are showing up in the logs.

What is showing is that you're using an outdated version of OBS (that version's auto-updater is broken, you'll need to download the latest version manually). You also have Game Mode enabled -- you should turn this off through windows settings.
