I can't tell if there's a difference between the first 2 but when I choose the 3rd one I only get a black screen from my game and FPS drops. I uninstalled and reinstalled the latest Nvidia drivers but it still shows 3 of them in OBS. I only have 1 Nvidia GPU installed inside my laptop.
