WHY IS MY GAMEPLAY FOOTAGE LAGGY

IM USING A CAPTURE CARD AND WHEN I RECORD AND PLAY IT BACK ITS CHOPPY NOT SURE WHAT IT IS CAN SOMEONE HELP ME

To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS.
2) Start your stream/recording for about 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link via this troubleshooting tool or whichever support chat you are using.

and absolutely remove/disable mcafee av and firewall. i strongly recommend you find another solution. in my experience mcafee specifically will cause issues with streaming, i was never able to find a way to exclude obs and folders from the scan and firewall in mcafee.

didnt work it normally starts lagging after 10 seconds but the first 10 seconds it look smooth i just dont get it its weird actually its when i start moving in game
