I tried a lot of other threads suggestion and I don't have anything despite just upgrading my pc to a Ryzen 5 2600 with a 4ghz overclock, I constantly drop from 720p 30 fps to around mid to high 20 fps. I have no idea why, can someone please help? It wasn't so bad in this one since it was a less intensive game, however it did drop occasionaly when before on my gpu encoding it never dropped frames

00:51:59.379: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 22788 (6.5%)

Your GPU is overloaded. Cap in-game framerate; you need to be at 90-95% utilization of your GPU for OBS to have enough room to work, and the above indicates that OBS is not getting the resources it needs to render frames prior to encoding.

Same issue here. Have limited framerates in game, this is of no help. I have a GTX 1070 Founders Edition, AMD Ryzen 2600X, MSI Gaming Plus Mobo, 16GB Vengeance LPX RAM. If I use Nvidia driver version 399.24, it's fine. No FPS drops whatsoever. If I use anything in the 4xx series, the FPS drops in OBS are monstrous, but are not reflected in the game or anywhere else but OBS. I don't even have to be streaming to see this effect. Please help!

I think I ended up fixing it, if you have the command that uses the gpu to encode in custom x246 options remove that, it fixed it (for me at least).
