Why I recorded lagging videos?

I have reinstalled OBS for a few times, and it is ok before this reinstall. In he past, I usually recorded smooth gaming videos without lagging, but after this time's reinstall, I could only record extremely lagging and low fps video. However my settings and networks have no problem at all. And there's a status bar appeared every time I open OBS said that my streaming and recording wasn't operated. Why there would be such changes? NEED HELP !!!!!!!!!

Thx, it was fixed.
But there's another problem...
My OBS was installed in my SSD C-drive, and most of my games were at HDD D-drive. When I use game capture, I can only capture or record games from the SSD C-drive, where I put my OBS file location. However, for other games in my HDD D-drive, the OBS game capture doesn't work but just a black-screen, even though I have used specific window capture, it still doesn't work at all !!!! WHY? PLS HELP!!!!!!
