Question / Help why i cant use capture card to stream???????

why i cant use capture card to stream??????? i use 2pc to stream,pc1 for gaming ,pc2 for streaming,
pc1 i7 - 3930k ,gtx 970.
pc2 i7 - 2600k avermedia GL510E

pc2 is without a vedio card, is it the reason that obs crashing? should i get a vedio card for pc2?or how 2 fix this.pls help~~~~
