Why i cant stream MTA? i see only black screen.

What is MTA? Also, please update to the newest version, there's more stuff in the log specifically in regards to game capture that might give more insight into what is going on.

You can always just download the latest OBS manually if the updater isn't working for whatever reason.

Anyway, GTA San Andreas is a DX8 game, I believe, so it won't work with game capture. There might be a DX9 dll or something for it, but I can't guarantee it will work with OBS.

You'll have to run it in Windowed mode and use Window capture.
