Why I can't open vitual camera setting on tools tab??????? I can't see vitual camera setting, I want to stream on google meeting, but I can't horizontal scene because I can't see virtual camera setting, please help??????

Virtual camera is on the main control dock, labelled "Start Virtual Camera". The one in the tools menu is from a 3rd party plugin.
