Why has my email address been banned?

I would like to know WHY my email address lesley22_july_1982@outlook.com has been banned? As far as I know, I did nothing wrong!

I guess is not your e-mail but the domain.

Unfortunately all outlook emails are banned due to an excessive amount of abuse by spammers.
