Question / Help Why don't I get any sound

Hi!

Tried to record before and the quality of the gameplay was really great, but I had one problem. I couldn't get any sound from either my headset or the gameplay. The sound bars in the software moved up and down when I spoke, but when the video was saved it was simply quiet. Would be happy to get some help!

Go to Settings > Advanced and UNcheck the "Use input device for desktop audio" box. Then go to Settings > Audio and make sure the correct devices are selected.

Still didn't work, simply quiet. What's wrong? All the settings is fine and when I talk the bars go up and down

If possible, give a new log file from this.

If you have sound but it's just low then increase the Mic/Desktop Boost in the Audio settings in OBS.

That sounds like a playback issue, not a problem with OBS. Which program are you using to play the file back? Try VLC or MPC-HC if you haven't already.
