I replied to you earlier and have not gotten information from you:
Fenrir mentioned in IRC that OBS is hooking D3D9, but Minecraft is an OpenGL game. Make sure that you do not have any conflicting software installed (RivaTuner, MSI Afterburner, overlays, ...) that could cause this.
