Question / Help why does this crash internet?

why does option 'minimize network impact' crashes internet. It crashed my net first time I started to stream, after that I called ISP and they fix it. It also crashed my friends internet when I told him to enable that. Anyway that option is so good for low upload rate internet. It basicly enabled my stream on 880 max bitrate and buffer size 800 on 1000kbs upload speed. I was playing LoL with 30-40 ping with no lagg spikes and no pixelization on stream and it was clear like some pro streamers used to have on 720p before they switched to 1080p

Most likely you have a poor quality router or modem that cannot handle TCP traffic properly.

currently got cisco 2203 modem and dlin dir-501 router. Is that bad?

Not sure, but no connection should ever crash due to a single connection being opened.

one more question, my friend got same upload speed 1100 kbs and his stream is way prettier when he set it to 1000 max bitrate and 1000 buffer size. His ping is like 40-80 while mine goes to 999. He is using ADSL and I am using Cable. . .
