Why does the B-frame have a CTS > 0 when an RTMP stream contains H.264 with B-frames?

If the CTS is positive, then PTS = DTS + CTS, leading to PTS > DTS.
In a standard stream, B-frames should have DTS > PTS, which will result in invalid timestamps.
Protocol : RTMP + H264 ( Profile main ) + AAC
OS : WIN11
OBS : 30.0.1 (64 bit)
