Question / Help Why does OBS play music in my video background?

HELP! I don't know why and how, but OBS ALWAYZ puts real quiet music in the background. I posted a vid on youtube, but it got copyrighted because of the song "Hello" by Adele.OBS put it there! Plz help!

P.S. I am also cheap, so I use a pair of headphones as a mic. That's probably it.
