Question / Help Why does my OBS Keep reconnecting like every five minutes ?? Please need Help been going on ssince i

Hey every time i stream I get a good 5 minutes in to it then I hear a DING! Then it pauses my game and says it has to reload. This has been going on since I got it. Its really bugging me if you know please comment down below. I also know its not my internet i Had the techs come to see if it was good and they said every thing was normal they just said must be the program.
