Question / Help Why does my monitor recording have a black "margin" around it?

Post a logfile. It looks like you may have a larger base resolution set than your monitor's resolution, or may be running DPI scaling. OBS doesn't work with DPI scaling, and it needs to be turned off at the OS level.

You also left your mic turned off if you were trying to say anything during the course of that video.

I was not saying anything, also. It might have to do with some settings I messed with, (Btw, whats the settings for a 1080p 60fps for youtube?)
