Question / Help Why does Modern warfare 2 lag on video but not in game?

[JBONES]

I dont use OBS to stream i use it as a save file to upload to youtube
league and most games work fine
but games that cant be windowed force me to make a gamecapture to see it.
in game the game runs fine and dandy but when i watch the video file its super lagy and horrible
i tried uping the bitrate, FPS, all that good stuff but it stays the same
please help
