Question / Help why does it look fuzzy and bad after recording?

when i searched the forum for answers it was always -higher the bitrate- or -cpu preset is to low- but after i made them higher the recording lagged ALOT and it still looked the exact same as it did before? how can i make it so obs actually uses some processing power so it dosent turn out garbage?

Please include a new log with those recording settings. Also try playing back in VLC or a different video player to rule out a playback issue.
