Why does [ ' ] and [ " ] appears like this in chat? How to fix?

So when I type in chat everything seems normal except the only 2 keys on keyboard if typed in chat they appear in the chatbox like in the image why?

[ " ] appears like this: "

I use Streamlabs for the chatbox. Anyone had this issue?
