Question / Help Why do my recordings all of a sudden look like this?

Hello, been recently having a problem where my video looks like this image the whole way through, discolored and warped. Audio is perfectly fine, just looking for a quick fix.

Using AMD Encoder? If so, update it - the link to it is in my signature. The Installer for it should automatically replace the obs-studio included version with a newer one.
