Question / Help Why Can't I Stream Xbox Games

I was wondering why I cant stream xbox games I used to be able to stream call of duty ghosts but now im trying to stream advanced warfare from my xbox and I just cant seem to do it my obs will say CPU usage to high or something idk if its just my computer but I always used to stream and now i cant Ive tried so many different settings but nothing works I posted the log files and heres my computers specs

Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560M
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.0GHz
Memory: 12288MB RAM
