Question / Help Why can't I record without FPS drop? :'(

Guys, I really need your help. I've tried 4 different programs (OBS, FRAPS, AMD Raptor with PlaysTV and XSplit) but I can never record without my FPS dropping even when I put a very low video config in game..

My PC info is:
Monitor: BenQ XL2420Z 144Hz
RAM: 16GB, Kingston
Vídeo: AMD Radeon Sapphire HD 7990 6GB GDDR5
Processor: Intel Core i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz
Power supply: Cougar GX 1050W
HD: 3TB Digital Western
SSD: OCZ Vector 256GB
Keyboard: Razer Deathstalker
Mouse: Razer DeathAdder
Mousepad: Roccat Taito King-Size 5MM
Headset: Kraken Chroma 7.1
Webcam: Logitech C920 1080p
Internetspeed: 60mb/s download; 3mb/s upload

I have created a channel on YouTube but its impossible to record and give my best ingame at the same time =(
