Why can't I download OBS?

When I tried to install OBS Studio It keeps telling me this:

OBS Files are being used by the following applications:

Skype

Please close these applications to continue setup.


I have Skype closed on my PC but it still keeps giving me that warning, I tried opening it and closing it, but it still gave me that, Please help

This means that Skype is keeping the OBS Virtual Camera loaded. Check next to the clock, likely the UWP version of Skype is loaded.

Hello I am having the same issue above! I tried to delete the Skype app and it still is giving me the same screen. I suspect that is why my OBS is buffering so bad. Its not my internet and my OBS is up to date. Can someone please help me remedy this?
