Question / Help Why are my recordings so laggy?

Hey OBS Project, I've been needing to ask you something for a bit of time now that's been bugging me.

My computer isn't the best; it isn't the best at all, so I kind of need some help to get my settings perfected for my computer, because all of my recordings turn out so laggy even though I'm not lagging on my computer.

I'm running everything on a $500 dell laptop so nothing is perfect but I can run things that I want to play just as I want to do them, just I don't know how to configure my settings to were the recordings don't lag.

Here is an example.

It won't let me upload anything above 1mb so I can't put the video in

There's a sticky thread in this section of the forums for how to get the logs.
We don't need the videos of your settings if you provide the log.
