Whites Now Appear Dim w/ Elgato HD60. New Color Space / Range Issue?

Recently, whites appear dim in OBS Studio when coming through my Elgato HD60, and I don't know why. This problem began very recently (last couple of weeks?), although I don't know exactly when (OBS update? Windows update?).

Log file, not sure if it'll help: https://obsproject.com/logs/3810irOIro3fBEcA
Short example video with a test screen to show dimness of whites: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6eXURZVk4no

I've used the same OBS Studio settings with my Elgato HD60 for years, and I addressed color range issues, which I'm very sensitive to, back when I was first starting out (I know how conversions between 'full' and 'limited' ranges can cause issues with darks being crushed or picture seeming washed out) by setting my device's output, the OBS video capture source, and OBS's output all to Full Range, NV12, 709 (the most important part being the 'full' range when it came to lightness / darkness issues).

I've re-examined my settings and they all seem correct, and no amount of tinkering with them has been able to make the colors look correct except to apply a Color Correction filter that raises the contrast by approximately 0.4 .

If I set the source's color range to 'limited', the whites brighten up but the blacks get completely crushed (as I'd expect when taking a full range signal and displaying it with limited range). Setting the color range back to 'full' gives me a fuller range of blacks, but it also dims the whites, which is the part that I don't get.

Some notes:
* The whites and blacks look fine when the device is viewed directly on the same monitor, not in OBS.
* The issue is apparent both in OBS's preview window as well as in recorded video.
* Only the Elgato capture is affected. Image and Color sources in the same scene can reach full brightness normally and don't seem to have any color issues.
* Neither the Source nor the Group nor the Scene have any filters that would affect the color (except for the Color Correction that I added to the Source just now to raise the contrast).

Any ideas? Thank you for your help!
