Question / Help White screen

Hi I have just joined and when I have a program onscreen and start OBS all I get is a white screen. What am I doing wrong?.

Are you actually recording? I don't mean to accuse you of not doing so, but some extra clarification might be nice.

Hi, as I said, I updated my OBS AND WHEN I PUT IT ON ALL I AM GETTING IS A SCREEN WITH ANOTHER SCREEN INSIDE WHICH IS PURE WHITE. I cannot see the programme in the window I wish to tape.Thanks for taking the time to reply to me, it is greatly appreciated...Rick
