white screen with corner image

Things worked well with 2 different webcams, then opened White screen with rectangle in rt upper corner, half of which is the rt upper corner of the webcam image. How to get back to a full screen image? Can't move rectangle. It covers up the File controls.

1. update all drivers from the manufacture homepage
2. Update Bios
3. Check you windows files

Start CMD as Admin

type in

dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

when finished

sfc /scannow

Delete obs folder reinstall it

In case anyone in interested, changing the computer display resolution to 1600x900 normalized the screen. Anyon know why?
