Question / Help White Screen Window Capture Problem

When every i try to load up this game that uses window mode and i try to record/stream it, it appears to be just a white screen but this doesnt happen with other games that also require window mode. The game is Guedin's Attack on Titan fan game. Any help would be appreciated.
 
If it's not a browser game, you shouldn't be using window capture to capture it.

If it is a browser game, the problem may be with the browser you're using.
 
its a game thats in a window so why shouldnt i use the window capture? and also it does capture it in monitor capture etc but i used to record it ages ago in widowed mode i dont know why its not working now
 
Because game capture works at a more efficient layer of the operating system when capturing, regardless of the game being in a window or not.
 
You should use capture types in the following order for games (only going to the next one if you aren't able to capture the game at all)
1> Game capture
2> Window capture
3> Display capture.
