White noise is mixed in the recorded video at 45 second intervals

I'm Japanese and I'm writing this post using Google Translate. I'm sorry if the text is difficult to read.
As you can see from the post title and the attached video, when I record the video with the recording function, the audio of the video is replaced with 1 second of white noise every 45 seconds and I cannot hear it.
Since I'm using Voice Meeter Banana for audio input and output, I thought it was the cause at first, but even if I switch the OBS audio setting to the method of entering directly from the audio interface, the same abnormality occurs.
If anyone knows a specific method or setting for fixing this anomaly, please let me know.
In addition, the operating environment of OBS is listed below.
If the information necessary to identify the cause is insufficient, we will add it, so please point out that fact.

OS:Windows 10 Home 20H2
CPU:Intel(R)Core(TM)i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.19 GHz
RAM:16.0GB
GPU:NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER

It's not clear if the noise replaces all audio, or if it is added by one of your sources. If it is added by one of your sources, that source is the culprit. To identify, if the noise is added by one source or if the noise replaces all sources, emit one identifying loud continuous tune with each of your sources. If the noise is added, the tune from the other sources should still be audible behind the noise. Only the tune created by the source that creates the noise will vanish, so you identify that source.

Another approach is to just remove all audio sources and hear if the noise is still present. If it isn't present, add your sources one by one and observe which source makes the noise appear - this source is the source for the noise.
