Question / Help White lines all over

I want to record a video to show a progress of a project to my friends but whenever I try to record there appear white lines all over the video. - 8 GB Ram ValueSelect
- i5 7400 Kaby Lake 3.0 GHz

I don't see it. The file just fine (low bitrate but fine). But if the lines mostly vertical, that can point to faulty Video RAM of your PC.
By the way, what player? Can you try to playback video by VLC Player?
