Ok I Have A White Film Going Over My Stream How Do I Fix.,.. I Am Adding A Preview In Stream & A Then in stream..

Where is the second image coming from? One from the stream and one from the preview window, or are you taking a screencap, or..?

also playing with in-game gamma and brightness would help a little? Or what's your point? Or did you mean the Preview and actual stream has different looking colors?

Hmmm so you are using a capture card. What are you capturing? Another PC or a console?

And this leads to another questions:
So that "white film" thing screenie is from the output of the OBS? And that "full color" screenie is straight from the source (not through OBS)?

If you say Yes to both, the reason might be that OBS converts the colorspace from the original to 4:2:0 which will limit some color quality but it's the only color format that can be used for streaming. For local recordings there will be option added for the color formats but that wont be happening soon since Jim is kinda busy atm.

If No to one or both, start by telling what are you capturing (pc, console etc.) and where are those screenies taken from exactly? Are they from "Preview stream" and the other is from the actual stream/recording ("start stream" button)?
