Question / Help Which settings to use when recording?

Hey, I really want to get ready to start recording my games with OBS. Unfortunately I can't get it to work and I'm not that good with the software yet.


My PC specs are:

-Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz
-RAM: 16,0 GB
-Operating System: 64-bit
-Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R9 200 Series


I hope you can help me with that information, I only want to record my footage and NOT to stream. I also want good and smooth quality.

simple output mode, indistinguishable recording quality, flv format, software low cpu use or AMD AMF encoder
