Question / Help which settings should I go with?

I streat at 2500 bit rate and it shows everything perfectly on PC, however trying to watch it on IPHONE with WIFI it just stutters a lot.

When I stream at 2000 bit rate, IPHONE can stream without stutter. Obviously quality will decrease as bit rate is lowered...

I am noob to streaming stuff and want to know what is the sweet spot to allow other mobile phone users to watch stream.

I would like to keep 720P, because I will be uploading these videos to youtube later.

If you are watching streams to Twitch, I believe they transcode their iPhone streams, so I'm not sure how much your settings that you upload as will matter that much. I could be wrong.
