Question / Help Which recording/ streaming quality is good for me? Really want it good.

I really wanna stream on YT but the problem is that I don't know what recording quality is good for me so I was wondering if some could tell me the best quality I should go for.

Here are my PC specs.

Resolution: 1366x768
Windows 10 Pro
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4300U CPU @ 1.90GHz, 2501 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
Total RAM: 3.91 GB
64 bit operating system
