Just about all the reviews for RCA to USB capture cards ($10-$90 range) are full of complaints. Many appear to be made by the same company. I'm tired of looking. Does anyone know of a card that is reliable for Windows?
Thanks for the suggestion. The HDMI capture device plugs into USB??
I've already tried that method but the signal is completely scrambled in multiple colors. Not sure if it's a setting or something else.
