Question / Help which OBS settings

Hi a classic question. what should be my OBS settings. i play World of Tanks. im a newbie streamer. i tested some settings but didnt like the twitch quality

My PC Specs
cpu i7 7700K
gpu 11GB Asus ROG Strix 1080Ti OC Active
ram 32 GB G.SKILL 3000 DUAL KIT

UPLOAD 9 mbit
