Hello, a friend has recently bought a PC and a capture card to start streaming from xbox. His very first attempt was successful and he was able to stream to twitch in 1080p without any problem. He then tried to add an overlay template and everything ran ok. When he tried to start streaming again something had changed and the stream came up like this.
Pressing Control + F makes the stream look like this (It looks like the quality is 480p).
He can resize the stream and make it look like 16:9 by holding shift and dragging the screen but we haven't been able to figure out what to do to improve the quality of the stream.
Some additional points: his upload speed is averaging 10 mbps and when he is using elgato software to stream it runs smoothly on 1080p and there are no black bars on the sides.
Here's the most recent log file: https://gist.github.com/996c39bdc53e5d736eb83ffae4271ca7
Can you please let me know which setting or configuration do you think might be missing? If additional details are required please let me know.
