Question / Help Which GPU to choose ? (Nvidia or Intel Graphics)

Hey there,
So I just noticed my laptop had 2 GPU's : Nvidia GeForce GT650M and Intel Graphics HD 4000.

Other internet boards all agreed saying the Nvidia card was way better for games.

But my question is, what about OBS ?
Can I use both GPU's ? (one for generating the livestream, and the other for the game I'm playing).

OBS must run on the same GPU as the game that is being played to capture it reliably.
