Hi guys. I stream and game on same pc. ( Twitch Affiliate ) Should i stream at 900x60 Output resolution or 720p

RTX 3080
32GB RAM
41mbps Upload

Should i use.

6000 Bitrate
Keyframe 2
Preset Max Quality
Profile High
Look ahead unchecked.
Psycho Tuning Checked
Max B Frames 2

X264
CBR
6000 Bitrate
Keyframe 2
CPU Usage Medium
Profile High
Tune None
 
NVENC but with Preset Quality. If your native resolution is a 16:9 ratio but less than 1920x1080, just stream at the native resolution. No need to downscale.
