Question / Help Which computer is best PLEASE READ

I'm just starting out streaming and I'm getting a new computer and I want to know wihch is better my down is 105 and up is 20-22 I would like to stream in 720p or higher

First PC

I would probably recommend to go for the i7 but plan on upgrading the GPU sooner or later. (Probably around 150$-200$ for a good GPU, depends on the games you want to play)
So at max you pay 50 or 100$ more than the i5 system currently costs but have a quite more powerful cpu.
