Which cam to choose for an outdoor project

Hi guys,

I'm setting up a live stream from my sheep herd. It is a large 5,000 m2 area. Do you guys have suggestions for which camera that is most suitable for this - I have wired network and wifi on most spots. And electricity.

Extra question. Do anyone know of a tag to place on one sheep to make the camera follow this particular animal?

There really aren't any consumer-grade turnkey solutions for this. You'd obviously want something externally-rated, and probably are looking more for a security system type of setup.

I'd recommend looking into Pelco gear, and expect to spend well into the five or even six figures. Auto-tracking a tag would be another challenge... you'd likely need to set up something like a GPS tracker, then configure the cameras to point based on the tag's reported position within your coverage grid.

Definitely well beyond the scope of OBS (and OBS support).
