Which application to download

Hi all,

I've got a refurbished laptop running Window 10 and I wanted to try using OBS for screen capturing.

OBS was recommended as a good application for screen capturing when trying to teach others how to use other software by creating tutorials (e.g. YouTube tutorials).

I'm not sure which of these would be best to download and install?

Download the FULL INSTALLER version..
It includes 64bit and 32 bit and will install the right version automaticly

Thank you both. I'd like to get up to speed screen capturing so I can teach others with video the steps I take to do a task. Is there any step-by-step guide for screen capturing with OBS? Also, I have a checkmarks next to everything in my profile to receive all email alerts but I neve got any emails re: your posts, I just logged on to the forum. Thank you again.
