The zip file has both, and the installer installs both. The 64 bit version gets placed into a folder inside the OBS folder called 64bit. The 64-bit shortcut gets added to the start menu as well.
Ya woops. I am a dummy. Seconds after I posted I checked the folder, and Walah! There it was. haha. Thank you though kind sir for the info and super fast reply. =D
