Question / Help Where is "use device timestamp"?

I want to use a wireless mic system, but I experience a touch of desync from my video. I've been told by some that there's an option for telling OBS to use device timestamps, but I can't find it anywhere.

Has this been renamed in Multiplatform, or is it just not available for Macs? If it isn't available, what options do I have?
 
What kind of desync are you experiencing? Video ahead of audio? Audio ahead of video? What kind of video sources are you using?
 
Video ahead of audio.

This appears to ONLY happen when I'm recording, not broadcasting (phew!). Sorry, I should have come back and updated.
 
Is it a gradual desync that gets bigger and bigger, or a constant desync of X milliseconds?
 
Only when recording? Can you post loga of when you were streaming vs. when you were recording?
