Where is the option to change Buffer size?

Im trying to follow this guide ( https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/obs-classic-how-to-make-high-quality-local-recordings.16/) to create high quality recordings but i cannot find the option to change buffer size. I also cannot find the options Use CBR and quality balance. I changed the bitrate to 1000 but now my recording are extremely pixilated (the framerate is fine). If the guide is outdated can you guys point me in the direction of an updated one?

I changed the preset to high quality and now the recording is VERY choppy (there is no more pixelation). What settings do I change now?

Reduce to 30 fps (rescale only in video settings, uncheck in output settings)

Encoder profile, chnge from veryfast to superfast or even ultrafast.

Try to record using QuickSync (GPU)

Reduce video resolution.

Repair your PC.
