Question / Help Where Is my recording??

Hello, so recently I opened up my OBS and was intending on recording some of my new game, so I pull up OBS and switch back to my game, I presses my hotkey to start recording and a few minutes I finished my segment. So I return to my OBS and it says something along the line of It being corrupt in the recording path. As it turns out I deleted the folder that the recordings would save to. Is there any way to get my recording? Is there a place it backs it up to?
