Question / Help Where did my Video Capture Device go to?

Due to some plugins that require 32 Bit version of OBS I had to switch to it. But as i previewed stream I realized that my facecam was not showing. So I right click 'Facecam' under sources and there was not properties. To double check I tried adding a Video Capture Device but it wasn't there as shown in the picture below. I have no idea what I did...

Note: "String Not Found" is another plugin not the video capture device.

I would think you should reinstall OBS. string not found means it did not even find the translation. Probably the plugin did not update correctly on the last update maybe.
Just close OBS, get the installer or if you used the binaries, get the latest binaries, and then just install OBS again, normally no need to uninstall.
